Other than Animaker being a little frustrating to work with, it was great working with a partner. Being able to get someone else’s point of view on how we should go about creating this animation was very helpful. This assignment helped us learn how to collaborate remotely. Through our learning process, and once we decided upon a topic we both liked, we created an outline to help prepare us for creating our animation. We would communicate regularly through text and help one another when needed. When working on the animation, I found it difficult to work on Animaker. I found the site not as cooperative as I first imagined it would be. The site would crash on me and would take a while to load the content. I would say this was the only negative when it came to this assignment. After creating my first animation, I learned that it’s not as hard as it looks and that the results are amazing. I love being able to create work through other mediums.
